Returns & Exchanges

At MATTE Brand, we strive for perfection, but if your order isn't quite right, we accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your store credit will be issued via a digital gift card within 5-7 business days.
